[PATCH] PowerTop patch for multiple-cstates.

Hi,

I've been playing with PowerTOP for a bit now and made a couple changes.
Please let me know if these seem fine. A while back I did exchange some
code with Kevin Hilman. So this should look somewhat similar.

In my environment, the -d option results in segfaults when window calls
are made in display.c. So I added a simple macro in the same manner the
print() one was done. Also a define was added to the header and used so
formatting could be maintained with a change in 1 spot.

* Also, would you be up for a tweak which might display the same type of
information for other asymmetric cores? In this chip there is also a DSP
running a governor logically similar to ondemand (which is running on
the application processor) at an independent frequency. It would also
be nice to provide operating point information for the IO domain which
is also being controlled independently.

Thanks,
Richard W.
