[PATCH] C-State display fix, readdir to scandir for alpha sort

Attached is a screen shot from a simple terminal.  There is still room.

It is kind of neat that on some minimal systems you can start going
multiple seconds in sleep.  Hopefully the PID display can help in
finding wakers.  

It might be nice to add a -P option so it can be used with -d and get
the pid.  Actually, I just was adding it.
