[PATCH] C-State display fix, readdir to scandir for alpha sort

Arjan,

I just pulled the 1.10 candidate from svn.

This patch to PowerTop:
	- Allows it to display a definable number of C-States
	- Converts readdir to scandir for c-state directory reads to
ensure alpha ordering
	- Increments release number to 1.10 to match Changelog
	- Wrappers ncurses window calls which can fail on some builds
with -d option.
	* Tested both on X86 boards and TI-ARM

Please comment if something seems wrong.

I've copied Kevin as one bit is a fix to his previous patch and Petter
has he was looking at doing some of the same for another platform.
