I own a 12.1' Thinkpad X41, but have never managed to get under 10
Watts in Xorg (minimum brightness, wifi/usb/pcmcia/ethernet switched
off, I get approx. 10.2 Watts.)
Kernel: 2.6.23-rc5-hpt clocksource hpet, cpuidle enabled, ondemand
governor -all the time at 600MHz-, and undervolting (700mV). It makes
about 10 Wakeups / sec, but still above 10 Watts...
So, there is more room for improvement?
bye,
Adam
