Which music player is the best regarding powersaving?

Hey guys,

both, xmms and audacious are not really good in saving wakeups, so I
thought I could ask you about a nice music-player.

Must-have-features:
- MP3/Ogg playback
- also from streams (Icecast etc)
- some kind of playlist to jump through
- as less wakeups as possible :)

Nice-to-have-features:
- systray icon, to minimize to
- some interface to query for current status, song etc from outside
(read: shell)
- plugin interface
