wrong p-states on core2duo

Hi

i noticed today, that powertop reports wrong P-states on my core2duo.
powertop tells me that the cpu is always on 2GHz even if I switch to the
powersave-governor, which keeps it at 1GHz.

also it seems to read the Sata ALPM status incorrectly since it tells me
to press S althoug the link is already at min_power
