powertop on NON x86

I use powertop on ARM pxa255  PDA (Zaurus)
It hasn't usb host, pci bus etc
So I can't set this in kernel config
But powertop advice me to do this :)
Of cause I can remove suggestions from source
But its come again after upgrade powertop
