How i can reduce wakeups???

It seems that you are trying to play some audio files with amarok when
performing the test? The tifm should be your integrated card reader?
If it's not in used, maybe you can consider to unload the driver
module.

It would be better if you can post your hardware spec. and version of
kernel that people can have better suggestions.
