HPET

Hi,

I forgot CONFIG_HIGH_RES_TIMERS. Verify you've thoose options enabled
CONFIG_NO_HZ
CONFIG_HIGH_RES_TIMERS
CONFIG_HPET
CONFIG_CPU_FREQ_GOV_ONDEMAND
CONFIG_USB_SUSPEND

and CONFIG_IRQBALANCE disabled.
