CONFIG_SND_AC97_POWER_SAVE hint

Hi

Two things: 

- I noticed that powertop bringts this hint, even if you're using the out-of-tree alsa-drivers (for me, in-kernel alsa doesn't work on my Thinkpad T40 :o ). I don't know how to detect this, but powertop should then tell me to enable the feature by doing echo "Y" > /sys/bla
- powertop should - like less and top - respect the 'q' key and quit :)
