Disable DRI when on battery

I think everyone's split on two items:

* If you want to restart X11 when you pull the plug (or shove it back
in), then yes, there are ways of doing it.

* If you *DON'T* want to restart X11, then no -- it's in the drivers.

Me, I don't want to restart X11.  I want the interrupts when I'm
playing Second Life on the laptop.
