Disable DRI when on battery

The effort required to disable DRI when on battery, is comparable to the
effort to just disable the vblank interrupts when no one cares about
them.

So, no, it's not possible, and it's not likely to ever be possible.
We're working on a better scheme that's adaptive and automatic.
