does hpet help save the power ?

I made a mistake in my last post.
So the lowest state with PIT is C4

C0 1,9%
C1 0%
C2 0%
C3 0%
C4 98,1%


Are the any workaround with HPET?  or this is not a bug and there is
better to use PIT?
