libata high on the list

Hi, powersavers! ;)

As upto now nobody seems to have mentioned that let me contribute that
for me libata (using intel ICH PATA) is high on the list with about 20
wakeups per second by an <interrupt>.

With my openSuSE also hald-addon-cpufreq causes the same amount of
wakeups (queue_delayed_work_on (delayed_work_timer)).

Any suggestions on how to fix that?
