AMD Sempron Mobile CPU: No C-States and USB_Suspend - session 2

ACPI seems to detect only one C-state. Please try booting with the
"processor.nocst" kernel-parameter(to use FADT instead of _CST to
determine C-states) and check if more than one C-state are detected.
