AMD Sempron Mobile CPU: No C-States and USB_Suspend

Hi,

i have a "AMD Sempron Mobile CPU" in a "HP nx6325" Notebook.
But PowerTop say:
"Detailed C-state information is only available on Mobile CPUs (laptops)"

How can i get the detailed C-state informations?

The other question: the Powertop tool says i have to enable the option 
"USB_Suspend" at the Kernel Config. I've done this - but how can i set 
the USB Ports at Suspend?

I've found the power control for one USB Ports at 
"/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:13.0/power/state"

But how can i set the Standby? I've read the "power" Documentation at 
/usr/src/linux/Documentation/power/devices.txt
This File tells me i have to "echo 2 > /sys/devices...." - but this 
don't work - why?

("echo 1" , or "echo 3" - don't work)


Or work the Suspend for USB Ports / Devices full automaticly?
