acpi high on the wakeup list

I have about 800++ wakeups per second, and the top items are:

<interrupt> : acpi
        no idea what that is coming from, any idea?

<interrupt> : i8042
        same with this, what is this coming from?

<interrupt> : uhci_hcd:usb5, iwl3945, i915 at pci:0000:00:02.0
        ok, this is obvious, wlan and graphic. Probably the version
        in Debian doesn't have the powersave patch for dir.

Any suggestions?
