curses

Here's a first cut at updating powertop to use curses.  This works fine
on my machine.  It centers the header bar and shows as many wakeup lines
as it has room for.  It removes the "gathering data for 5 seconds" and
"you must be root" startup messages.  (The "you must be root" message
shows up as normal at the first refresh, 5 seconds in.)

This does not address the suggestion comments at all...  I think
suggestions dont really belong in powertop.  I'd like to see them moved to
a separate "check my config" program.  powertop-suggestions or something.


Any curses ninjas out there, feel free to mock me (taunts accepted only
in the form of patches).
