You can sort of cheat manually: unload drivers and see how it changes
the interrupt count.

In your case, first try switching out of X (run powertop in a text-mode
console).  Then try killing X and unloading fglrx and see how that
changes things.  After that try unloading uhci_hcd and yenta.
