Either ondemand is always best and everyone should use it all the time,
or there are situations where other governors are better.
If ondemand is always the right answer, we should remove conservative
and powersave to avoid confusion and CO2.
If the others are useful sometimes, powertop should accept them.
Maybe add a note to the suggests-comment that ondemand is best on Intel
hardware?
