Patch for 2.4 kernel

Hi,

this patch stops powertop from crashing on a 2.4 kernel and correctly 
recognizes the interrupt names.

Didn't actually test whether the tool produces reasonable output on 2.4 since 
I'm still compiling the kernel with CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL=y, but at least it 
doesn't crash ;)
