hdaps is the second warst programm on my thinkpad

I looked what eating battery on my thinkpad with ubuntu 7.04.
Fallowing the tipps and tricks page i disabled almost every thing but
interrupts count is still hi.
Th first bad driver is:
(20.0)     <kernel core> : hdaps_init (hdaps_mousedev_poll)
there is only module and no daemon watching this.

after i disabled this module second one was:
(13.0)    <interrupt> : libata ---->  "hald" made libata busy :-/ .

if any usb_devices are present, the next will be:
(4.0)	  <kernel core> : usb_hcd_poll_rh_status (rh_timer_func)
