PowerTop for FreeBSD?

I'm impressed by what I read of PowerTop. I've long tried to get my 
Linux battery performance equal to that of Windows, so I'm happy to see 
that some progress is being made.

How about for FreeBSD? I managed to install and launch PowerTop on my 
FreeBSD system, but it didn't produce any info. PowerTop wanted me to 
"enable the CONFIG_TIMER_STATS kernel option". I couldn't find the 
equivalent in my FreeBSD kernel config file. Any suggestions? Thanks.
