centrino on vaio vgn-fs485b problem with powertop

hi to all from italy,
it's not my first post on this ml 
but i don't know how to resolve my problem

i download powertop from cvs
i compile it without any problem.

but:
1)there is no acpi info.


2)i enable all the tips that powertop say but 
in battery mode i have 65% of c3 state with 1,9 wakeups for second and 
around 300 wakeups from idle on a debian unstable+experimental with
2.6.21 kernel 

3)there is no c4 state is normal?

4) if i enable ondemand governor every 5/10 second the program says
that is not enable..
