kernel 2.6.22-rc5-hrt1 - power consumption is still high

I can't even get close to that! My lowest power consumption has been 10,8 with 
the brightness at 0 level and practically idleing! I have even disabled one 
of the cores...

I've got a Toshiba U200-141, anything I should do to get it lower?
