HPET on ICH4 and -hrt7 patch

Well then I'm bemused, as that's exactly what I'm doing.

cd /usr/src
tar xjf linux-2.6.21.tar.bz2
cd linux-2.6.21
bzcat /home/widget/patch-2.6.22-rc4.bz2 | patch -d. -p1
(no failures to patch)
patch -d. -p1 </home/widget/patch-2.6.22rc4-hrt7.patch

Failures were in acpi driver stuff and x86_64 (which isn't too urgent as
i'm 32 bit).
