wakeups and power

hello,

newbie am i again:

previous i was asking about the wakeups and power consumption.
someone enlighten me and  said there is no direct mathematical relationship
within powertop to know the watts consumption for each process. i  know
wakeup is some kind of action to change the process power status, it does
not really indicate any power consumption (am i right?) . only maybe the C
states somenow  conceptually indicate the power consumption of each process
(am i right)


but here i still want to find a way to get a power consumption ESTIMATION on
each process in watts.

so how can i get this kind of result. even any kind of estimation will do.
