force HPET patch and gentoo kernel

hi

the 45_hpet_patches file is for 2.6.22-rc kernels, as there is no
timekeeping.c in the 2.6.21 series. the 43_force_hpet_enable patch can
be applied to a 2.6.21 kernel, but it caused the suspend-resume
failures.

i suggest you to grab a .22-rc vanilla kernel and apply the powertop
patches against it.

if you want some of the gentoo-sources patches (e.g. fbsplash), you
can grab them from any portage distfile mirror.

yours,
 adam
