PowerTOP 1.8 released

Hi,

I just uploaded PowerTOP version 1.8 to the website at 
http://www.linuxpowertop.org/download.php .

Highlights of the release
* several cosmetic changes to make the UI more intuitive
* support for deferrable timers (new in 2.6.23);
   this means that the ondemand timer is accounted properly
* active hint to suggest enabling USB suspend
* use a blue color for the case that the CPU is too busy for wakeups
   to matter
* merge the various Fedora patches; specifically there now is a -d
   option that runs PowerTOP in a one-shot mode and the output to
   stdout to help automatic collection
* fix various small/annoying bugs
